Navigating India as a foreigner and Kelly Cramer help with the Hep C treatment program

Indians, as  a lot, are weary of foreigners, that includes an Indian from another state within India or from another part of a state in India.  India is a land of over 500 dialects and some states have more than 4 or 5 distinct languages.  Without me getting in to linguistics and too much history, it can be tough to navigate as a foreigner.  Don't get us wrong, you can do it, if you have had previous experience traveling to South East Asian countries.  If you plan to come to India, please call us and we can arrange for all your basic needs.  Your dollar will go much further with our guides than if you were to venture out on your own, at least until you get settled.  Just give us 1 to 2 weeks advance notice, because lodging can be expensive and tough to find on a short notice.
